When I try to log in to the volunteer form or accept an appointment, I see the "My Account" page instead. How can I get to the right page?

There are two ways you can get past this issue:
  1. Clear the ALA cookies from your browser. See https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719 for instructions if you're not familiar with the process. You don't need to delete everything, just any ala.org cookies.
  2. Copy the URL http://www.ala.org/CFApps/volunteer/form.cfm and paste it into a different web browser.
Please give one of these options a try and contact us if neither one works for you.
